Jim,

I just wanted to take a minute to drop you a line and let you know how pleased Sharon and I are with the current progress and look/feel of our home project. I know it seems like people only have time to write emails when things are not going as planned or if they have issues that need to be resolved, but Sharon and I have a rule that if we can take the time to send out a letter or an email during those times, that we also owe it to all involved to do the same when things are going good.

So, I just wanted to let you know that the entire Team is taking wonderful care of us. I think Chris really understands how Sharon thinks, and she has been wonderful to work with, making the choices easier since she has come to know what Sharon and I like.

Paul has been great to work with, and still is. He is always available when I call (sometimes 3 or 4 times a day) to talk about little things that concern us. I think even he is even starting to figure out what makes Sharon tick.

As for the sub contractors, I can't say enough about how impressed we are with the quality of their workmanship, and how they have been able to listen to our desires, look at a picture or drawing, and execute perfectly to bring our ideas to life. While there are many that have been involved in the project, it is the last few that have really made an impression on us, whose handiwork will be the most visible for years to come.

The brick and stone are exactly what we wanted, and all we had to do was explain what we wanted, and Lorenzo was able to make it look perfect. The cabinets are gorgeous, and exactly what Sharon wanted. Dewey has done a great job in the design & manufacture.

The trim is excellent, exceeded our expectations, and we know will look incredible once the painting is complete. Charles and his son Aaron were great to work with, took our ideas, made great suggestions, and came through on their promise when they said trust us you will love it!

So now we are getting close to completion and we are so excited, we cant wait to move in.

I don't know how to say this about the trim carpenter company that Parkside has chosen to use.

But OMG ! They are amazing. The house looks fantastic. I cannot believe how good it looks. They made every nook & cranny look so sophisticated. Aaron & Charles had great ideas and somehow knew exactly what I wanted. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my house.
