Warranty Summary:

First Year
Parkside Custom Homes guarantees your home will be free from defects in workmanship the first year. We provide you with an owner’s manual full of information, from your own personal design selections, to vendors you may want to contact in the future. Our warranty department will work with you to schedule completion of any warranty request in as timely a manner as possible. Our Warranty Manager will be available by telephone at (817) 238-7007 or at warranty@parksidecustomhomes.com to ensure your warranty issues are resolved quickly.

First Two Years
This warranty covers the important mechanicals of the home including the wiring, piping and ductwork in the following systems: the water supply system, sanitary sewer or septic system, electrical, air distribution system, heating system and central air-conditioning system.

First Ten Years
The ten-year warranty provides that your Parkside Custom Home will be free from Major Structural Defects for the first ten years. The major structural components are defined as the foundation system, load- bearing stud walls, floor joists, beams, and columns, trusses and rafters.
